• Packets Disappear

From Mike Dippel@9:467/19 to ALL on Wednesday, February 01, 2023 12:00:20
I created a setup for one of my HobbyNet nodes and assigned a Filebox in iRex to hold the
packets. When I send an areafix from the node to my server, I can see the request come
in immediately via iRex, then I can see it creating the packet in Platinum Express Data
Processor, then place it in the assigned Filebox.

Then, it immediately disappears without trying to send it.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be happening? Have you ever had this
    problem?

Thanks Terry. I had a bad string in the path to the filebox in PX. Amazing how one little
    mistake can muck things up.

Did you two figure this one out, always good for me to know for future reference.
I have never heard of this one, now with pxonline sure but all the years with Irex
first time I ever heard of it other then not having Irex setup for pxw in it's own
    configuration.

Yes. I let Terry know that I forgot the colon when defining the path in iRex. Once I corrected it, it automatically created the filebox and all is well.
