Help file that explains it all?
Hi Bob!
Welcome!
The message areas under 'fsxnet' are all shared message board areas (echomail) between all the hundreds of BBS servers on fsxnet.
The text at the bottom of the message has two parts.
The first is the 'tearline' which has the BBS software being used, what version, and possibly the OS/architecture its running on.
The second is the 'origin' line which states what BBS the message came from as well as potentially the address of the BBS and the fsxnet zone:net/node at the end.
If you're on NE BBS, the only local, not shared, message area is the first one (number 63). The rest are all fsxnet boards.
Hope this helps!
